CANCELLATION
Clients who cancel 5 days before a trip will receive a refund less a 20% service charge. For cancellations 4 days to 24 hours prior to trip departure, clients will be responsible for 50% of the trip fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to trip departure.

AGE LIMITS:
Minimum age for rafting is 6 on most trips and 12 for rafting on class IV sections. Mountain biking trips are limited to ages 12 and up. We reserve the right to change the age requirements at any time, depending on river levels and weather conditions, or to refuse participation due to other safety reasons.

DISCOUNTS:
Group pricing is available on all rafting and mountain bike tours with 6 or more participants booking together. Call 1 800 879 9035 for details.

RISK:
Outdoor activities in the natural world have inherent risks, and all participants will be required to sign a Release and Acknowledgment of Risk form, which can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking on the link below. Most of our trips are conducted in wilderness settings outside of cell phone coverage areas and hours from outside help. Therefore, appropriate caution should be exercised. Drinking of alcoholic beverages before or during adventure activities is prohibited, except for during evenings in camp on multi-day trips.
